I was just in my local City Market Store. I picked up their "natural" and generic fish oil supplement. It had 120 mg of DHA. So to get the recommended amount of DHA (recommended by scientific studies) some poor soul would have to take at least 8 per day. There were 60 gel caps per bottle...each bottle therefore contained a 7 and a half day supply. The cost $5.38 per bottle. So to get what you need, you would actually need to buy 4 bottles per month and take 8 pills per day...fish burps and all. This product by the way was not guaranteed for potency and purity. Right above the fish oil tablets was "tahitian noni juice" and "goji juice". I would hate to be a representative of those products in my independent business having to explain why our Noni is better than the grocery store's Noni. Yikes. By the way I did not see any USANA products on the shelves!
Tally Ho.
