Here is what I do.
- I have a folder, use the one in your BDS.
- In there my names list, and my your printed leads,
- Application forms x 8. The first 4 are already filled in with sponsor and placement info. One for each leg. Once an application is filled in, I put the new associates info along with my sponsor info onto a fresh application.
- Latest pricelists of the countries I am working in.
- Master diary, depending on how you work this could be in paper form or use Outlook and back up to a PDA. This will make sure you don't double book appointments.
- Selection of leaflets, business cards and CD's/DVD's for prospecting on the go.
