Fitting in a business with a busy life

Now you have a clearly identified "Why" (Y>X see convention notes) you need to be get prepared. This should not take you longer than an of hour, I am not talking about 'getting ready to get ready'.
Here is what I do.

• I have a folder, use the one in your BDS.
• In there my names list, and my your printed leads,
• Application forms x 8. The first 4 are already filled in with sponsor and placement info. One for each leg. Once an application is filled in, I put the new associates info along with my sponsor info onto a fresh application.
• Latest pricelists of the countries I am working in.
• Master diary, depending on how you work this could be in paper form or use Outlook and back up to a PDA. This will make sure you don't double book appointments.
  
• Selection of leaflets, business cards and CD's/DVD's for prospecting on the go.

Take this with you where ever you go, you don't know when you will have the opportunity to make some calls, or get into conversation with someone.
